Extrusion, profiles in all shapes.

Our technical extrusion capabilities allow us to design large-sized profiles (up to 500 mm wide).

From small series to mass production, ELADIS is able to design profiles from a few grams to several tens of kilograms.

Extrusion makes it possible to produce profiles with sometimes complex shapes continuously. It is possible to combine elastomers of different hardnesses or metal inserts, plastic: co-extrusion.

Depending on the material and the section of the profile, we make long lengths without gluing or welding. The tooling development process (dies, welding moulds, etc.) is integrated into each of our extrusion units allowing single-, bi- or tri-component manufacturing. The integration of tooling makes it possible to limit prototyping and production times for small series.
